[Pcomp] I hate electricity and want my Arduino back
Yes I’m tired and cranky and a bit impatient today, so when my lab didn’t work, I turned into a pouty toddler.
After hooking up the initial circuit with a power supply and no switch, my LED was blinking, leading me to believe my connection was loose somewhere (perhaps within the DC power jack that I soldered in a shoddy manner). Molly was kind enough to trade DC jacks with me, but when I plugged hers in, there was no light whatsoever. I plugged and unplugged things, examined my connections, replaced the resistor, made random people in the Pcomp lab look at my breadboard … nothing. So I took a walk.
I came back to find that Molly had accidentally blown up my voltage regulator(?) I took this as a sign to quit for the night. I need to sleep on it and revisit electricity later.
